Polynomials

A polynomial is an algebraic extension in which the variables have non-negative integral exponent only.

Classification of polynomials according to degree 

1. Linear polynomial
2. Quadratic polynomial
3. Cubic polynomial

1. Linear polynomial is a polynomial having degree 1

2. A second degree polynomial is called a quadratic polynomial

3. A third degree polynomial is called a cubic polynomial.
